Blue Heron has lots that are available for rent, as well as port homes. We have daily, weekly, and monthly rates available year-round.  Rates are available upon request.  Please contact the Office Manager at 256.571.7527 or click here to get information.  Regular rates include water, septic, and hook-up. Blue Heron does not pay for electricity.  Wi-Fi is available at $2 per day or $30 a month.  Cable TV is not available. A number of our permanent residents subscribe to satellite TV. RVs must be 26 ft. in length and 15 years young. No tents, vans, truck campers, or pop-up campers allowed.
